Macon County Woman Arrested, Faces Drug Charges

Macon County -- April 8, 2026: News Release Macon County Sheriff's Office: n April 6, 2026, the Macon County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, apprehended fugitive Brittany Lynn Jones. After failing to appear in court on multiple occasions, Jones was located and taken into custody. Upon a search of Jones and her belongings, illegal narcotics were located and seized.Brittany Lynn Jones has been charged with:* (2) Probation Violation* (
