Buncombe County -- June 9, 2026: Yesterday Fairview VFD posted the following on social media: Crews were dispatched last night to a motor vehicle accident. Crews arrived on scene to find a single vehicle accident, with the vehicle approximately 40ft. down a steep embankment into a tree.
Buncombe County -- June 9, 2026: Yesterday Fairview VFD posted the following on social media: Crews were dispatched last night to a motor vehicle accident. Crews arrived on scene to find a single vehicle accident, with the vehicle approximately 40ft. down a steep embankment into a tree. Thankfully the driver which was the only occupant in the vehicle was uninjured. They were unable to exit the vehicle and up the very steep terrain on their own.
